Tools: Journal, pens, stencils, stickers
Your scribal tools are an extension of you. Invest in pens and things to write with that make you love to write. Also, have a good working computer, as this too is an extension of you.
Look at any image of Seshat, and she is almost always seen as a standing woman in leopard, or other print, with a scribe's palate, a stylus, a tablet, or a lotus reed she is writing with or making notations on. She uses those tools to do her work. You need tools to do your work, too.
· Get yourself a gorgeous journal that you adore.
· Buy beautiful pens that you love writing with.
· Put the pens in a container or holder that represents what you want to bring forth from those pens, such as an owl for wisdom.
· Charge the pens up with the energy you want to evoke and see how they glide on the pages of your journal.
· If you start with a fifteen-minute free-writing exercise every day, you will be amazed at how much you will learn to exercise your writing muscles.
· I know plastic is a touchy subject, so it is really cool to use one feather quill and ink.
You might even try buying a journal with her image on it or putting Seshat stickers on your journal, to invoke her sacred writing energy.
